【DAY 1】
Each individual is responsible for arranging their own airfare and checking in at the designated hotel near Shinagawa Station.

【DAY 2】
After gathering at the designated hotel, you will embark on a sightseeing tour of the Izu Peninsula by bus, followed by check-in at your reserved hotel. Your personal bicycles will be securely stored at each hotel. After check-in, you can head to the Eroica Village at your convenience to collect your race pack and technical envelope at the registration desk.

【DAY 3】
Enjoy free time at the Eroica Village, where you can experience the culture of Japan and the Izu Peninsula. Participants registered for the Eroica Friend Ride will take part in the ride. In the evening, you can join the optional parade run or attend the pre-event party. Don’t miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in the festivities!
